Battre et laisser reposer l&rsquo;assaisonnement au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour qu&rsquo;il se refroidisse. Laver les haricots verts et les blanchir dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e environ 5 minutes, les \u00e9goutter et les laisser s\u00e9cher et refroidir. Laver la roquette et couper les kakis Persimon Bouquet en quartiers. M\u00e9langer avec les haricots verts, ajouter les tranches de jambon cru puis l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/p>\n<p>Recette pour 4 personnes.
