Whisk the dressing and let it stand in the refrigerator to cool. Wash the green beans and blanch in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and let them dry and cool. Wash the rocket and cut the Persimon Bouquet kakis into wedges. Mix with the green beans, add the slices of Serrano ham and season with the dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Recipe for 4 people.
