Zu einem Dressing verr\u00fchren und dann zum Abk\u00fchlen in den K\u00fchlschrank geben. Die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen waschen und etwa 5 Minuten in Salzwasser abbr\u00fchen. Anschlie\u00dfend abseihen, trocknen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Den Rucola waschen. Die Persimon Bouquet in Schnitze schneiden und mit den gr\u00fcnen Bohnen vermischen. Den Serrano-Schinken hinzugeben, und das Ganze mit dem Dressing anmachen.<\/p>\n<p>Rezept f\u00fcr 4 Personen.
