Anschlie\u00dfend zur Seite stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Sauce die Kakis in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, in einer Pfanne anbraten und etwas Wasser hinzugeben. Anschlie\u00dfend einen Essl\u00f6ffel Rum oder Brandy und einen Essl\u00f6ffel Honig beigeben und etwa 10 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Sauce s\u00e4mig wird. Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, in Scheiben schneiden und in eine gefettete ofenfeste Form geben. Mit \u00d6l \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, w\u00fcrzen und im Ofen backen. Die Lende mit der Persimon-Bouquet-Sauce und den gebackenen Kartoffeln servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Rezept f\u00fcr 4 Personen.
