Persimmon Salad

With Persimon Bouquet® and goat cheese

Ingredients:
1 kaki Persimon Bouquet®
Spring Mix  lettuce
Lamb’s lettuce
thyme
goat cheese
nuts
salt
virgin olive oil

Instructions:
Chop the spring mix lettuce. Dice the kaki and sauté in a pan with thyme and a few drops of oil. Add the lettuce with shredded cheese and nuts. Season to taste with olive oil and salt. Makes 4 servings.
